Tropical Storm Gonzalo no longer poses a direct threat to the island of Dominica. As of 5.am 25th July the storm was approximately 180 miles east of Trinidad moving towards the west.
The public is vigilant as there are still possibilities of flooding, landslide and rockfall as well as a tropical wave located in the far Eastern Tropical Atlantic.
Warnings are still out for the islands of St Vincent, Tobago, Grenada, and its Dependents.
The public is advised to keep informed by listening to further updates from the Meteorological Office.
