Four hundred thousand dollars are available to the communities of Bagatelle, Fond St. Jean, Pointe Caribe and Stowe for continued housing repairs in the area.

Hon Parliamentary Representative for the Petite Savanne Constituency, Dr. Kenneth Darroux said since Hurricane Maria numerous cheques have been issued for residents to contract their own skilled men for repairs as well as to purchase fittings damaged by the hurricane.
Announcing an additional $400,000, he said, “We did a number of roofs that cost significant sums in the region of $40,000 and $50,000. There is still a lot of work to be done in housing.”
