A child is fighting for his life at the Princess Margaret Hospital Intensive Care Unit following a bicycle accident on Monday 22nd April 2019.
Jerwani Fedor, 6 of Mahaut suffered a fractured skull and a broken arm after descending over a steep hill while riding his bicycle.
According to his mother, Jasmine Joseph, she received a call on Monday, informing her that her son was in poor condition at the Hospital. She expressed that her heart is broken over the accident.
“So many questions, so many words so many to say but only if words could help him right now. I have faith that my son will be okay. I’m depending on the words of God and not man.” Joseph expressed over a social media post.
When DA Vibes news last spoke to the grieving mother on Wednesday 24th April 2019, she conveyed that preparations were being made to leave the island with her son for medical assistance, however financial aid is still needed.
“I just got some good news, the hospital agreed to give me the papers to travel with my son, so I am preparing to leave now.” she said.
