Telecommunications Provider, FLOW launched a number of new and attractive data plans for its prepaid customers on Friday 5th April 2019.
At the launch ceremony held at the FLOW conference room, Acting General Manager, Lorraine Mitchell said this new move is all about re-branding the company’s offerings to meet the needs of customers in celebrating life’s treasured moments.
“Life is about moments,” Mitchell said. “The new plans are designed to enable the millions of happy connections our customers make each day across our network. We have made it simpler for customers to connect and share without worrying about running out of data.”
The new plans give up to 10GBS of data to customers. “We are no longer talking about megabytes, but rather Gigabytes of data. With so many options to stream movies, download music and share photos across our networks we have given customers much more data with our new plans,” Mitchell said.
According to a press release from FLOW, the new plans range from 1 to 10GBS of data and includes additional benefits such as Free local minutes to call any network in the market and free access to messaging on popular social media platforms like Snapchat, Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter – (SWIFT).
The plans are also available in sizes from 1 to 30 days to suite customers’ needs.
Mitchelle, who is also FLOW’s Commercial Manager said, “Customers will also see a refreshed look and feel in stores and around the island. We enhanced the customers’ experience at our various touch points including our retail stores and kiosks, contact center help desk and our new and improved MyFlow self-care app.”
