The Dominica Air and Sea Port Authorities (DASPA) will implement a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) of US$10 and EC$27 on all passengers entering Dominica.

This will be enforced at all sea ports island-wide including the Roseau Ferry Terminal effective by Apr. 2, 2019.

According to a Press Release from DASPA, this is implementation is in keeping with the SRO 23 of 2014 this fee was to be collected at all ports upon entry into the island.

This rule was implemented at the Douglas-Charles Airport in June 2017. However, due to administrative delays to add this PFC to tickets the implementation was delayed. Recent discussions among Port Administrators has led to the decision of this date of implementation as DASPA seeks to improve the port services.
