13 new DLP candidates

The Honorable Prime Minister Dr Roosevelt Skerrit announced 13 new Labour Party candidates who will run for office in the 2019/2020 elections.

At the Dominica Labour Party Delegations Conference 2019 on February 17th, the Prime Minister revealed that some Labour Party representatives are stepping down from political office.

The Labour Party now comprises of 10 women and 11 men.

The list is as follows:

  3. Portsmouth Constituency: Hon Ian Douglas
  4. Paix Bouche Constituency: Hon Roslyn Paul
  5. Colihaut Constituency: Hon Lady Catherine Daniel
  6. Salisbury Constituency: Hon Shanks Espirit
  7. Mahaut Constituency: Hon Rayburn Blackmoore
  8. Soufriere Constituency: Hon Denise Charles
  9. Roseau North Constituency: Joseph Issac (New)
  10. Grandbay Constituency: Edward Registe (New)
