Atherton Martin was released on bail of $7,500 at the Roseau Magistrate Court with Dr. Irving Pascal as surety.
Mr. Martin was arrested and charged on incitement to block a public road on Tuesday 18th December, 2018.
The incident took place on Saturday 15th December, 2018 when the Concern Citizens Movement had a protest in Roseau calling for electoral reform.
Martin was represented by attorneys Cara Shillingford, Gildon Richards, Joshua Francis and Julien Prevost.
The matter was adjourned until April, 2019.
