New Customer Service Charter Introduced at DOMLEC

On Friday 14th December 2018, the Commercial and Customer Services Department at DOMLEC launched its new Customer Service Charter.

The purpose of this charter is to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of energy to customers and to relate the service standards to customers.

The Commercial and Customer Service Department Manager, Mr. Paul Moses, outlined the contents of the charter at the launch which included the charter objectives, standards of service and customer rights and responsibilities.

Mr. Moses mentioned that in the event of any breach of the governing acts, there are penalties that will be imposed on DOMLEC.
