As part of its 35th Anniversary, the Dominica Association of Persons with Disabilities (DAPD) will be mounting an Educational and Public Display in tribute to its Founder, Reginald Rolle.
The DAPD is celebrating their 35th anniversary under the theme “DAPD 35 and Still Alive, Remembering Reginald Rolle the Trailblazer.”
In an interview with Da Vibes Executive Director of the Dominica Association of Persons with Disabilities (DAPD) Natalie Murphy said the association has succeeded with all of their challenges and the association is paying tribute to Reginald Rolle the founder of the association.
“Mr. Reginald Rolle died over fifteen years ago, he was very instrumental in the success DAPD now enjoys, Mrs. Murphy stated.
Meantime Mrs. Murphy encourage the public to support the 12th annual DAPD Dollar Day.
“The day is called “Day of Giving to DAPD” and persons can contribute to the association on that particular day or any other day,” Mrs. Murphy said.
The DAPD Educational and Public Display in tribute to its Founder, Reginald Rolle will be held on the grounds of the Prevost Cinemall on Friday October 26, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
