Investigations have commenced into the discovery of a lifeless body found on Thursday 12 July 2018 at Macoucherie.
According to a report from Police Public Relations Officer, Simon Edwards, the body was discovered in the vicinity of the broken bridge in Macoucherie at 10 am.
It has since been identified by Stephen Isidore as that of David Isidore, 58, who was reported missing to the St. Joseph Police Station on July 4, 2018.
“Searches were conducted by the officers but to no avail,” Edwards said.
The deceased’s body was in an advanced stage of decomposition and was pronounced dead by the District Medical Doctor and transported to the Gentle Rest Funeral Home.
On Monday morning the lifeless body of sixty-three year old Roland Armantrading was fished out of the sea Under the Canefield Cliff. He was a resident of Bena Ravine, Canefield.
