National Cycling Finals this weekend

The National Cycling Finals will be held this weekend, Sunday 24 June 2018.

The national finals comes one week before the OECS Cycling Championship which is scheduled to be held in Dominica on July 1, 2018.

President of the Dominica Cycling Association, Ronald Charles explained that cyclists will ride from Roseau to Portsmouth then back to Roseau then on to Layou.

“The national finals will be a seventy-five mile race.”

He encouraged persons to come out and support the race.

“The national finals is one to come and look at because it will be who has the bragging rights out of the team… …we want it to be massive, we want it to be big. That is where you going to separate everybody from everybody.”

The ten member team for the OECS Cycling Championship include Chester Letang, Levi Baron Sr., Bram Sanderson, Hayden Mills, Koath Baron, Kevon Boyd, Ronald Charles, Eddison Roudette, Benjamin Daniel and Enoch Telemacque.
