Four adults have been hospitalized as a result of a motor vehicle collision at Picard, Portsmouth.
According to information obtained from the Police Public Relations Officer, Pellam Jno. Baptiste, the collision which occurred about 1AM on Saturday 7 January 2017 in the vicinity of Super Woods, involved two vehicles.
The motor vehicles involved were Mitsubishi Pajero registration number TJ 617 owned by a citizen of Canada residing at Woodfordhill, which was reported stolen, and a Toyota Rav4 registration number TL 541 which was being driven by Telford Thomas of Woodford Hill with three other occupants all female and from the community of Bense.
All occupants of Mitsubishi Pajero TL 617 sustained serious injuries and were transported to the Accident and Emergency Department of the Princess Margaret Hospital where they received medical attention and were admitted.
Two nineteen year old males from the community of Savanne Paille have been arrested on suspicion of taking conveyance and other matters related to the collision.
