Exodus FC is LIME Premier League champion

Exodus FC is the new champions of the 2014- 2015 LIME Premier League as action continued in the DFA National Leagues over the weekend. In the LIME Premier League on Sunday Exodus FC were crowned champions for the 2014- 2015 season. They came from behind to defeat former champions Harlem United 2-1 at the Dublanc playing field.

Donan jervier opened the scoring for Harlem early in the first half. Nilsta George got the equalizer for Exodus late in the first half, with the leagues leading goal scorer Randoulph Peltier scoring from the penalty spot two minutes later to give Exodus victory and the title after only two years in the premier league.

While at the Poree playing field Scotia Bank Bath Estate also came from behind to defeat Aicons FC 2-1. Ronaldo Riley and Kurlson Benjamin scored for Bath Estate. Len Walter scored for Aicons. On Saturday Mahaut Soca Strikers made it official that they will be relegated from the premier league as they failed to show up for their match against Sagicor South East at the Dublanc playing field.

At the Benjamin Park Northern Concrete & Steel Bombers edged out Dublanc FC 2-1. Dowan Leblanc and Romario Burgins scored for bombers, with Shekel ST Marie converting for Dublanc.

Meanwhile in the Division One league on Friday, PetroCaribe Point Michel made it three wins in as many matches with a 8-2 hammering of Police SC at the poree playing field. Delbert Graham registered a hattrick with Burt Casimir scoring two. Brian Nelcy, Bernard Gregorie and Hani Gregoire got one each. Josse Ettiene and Edward Victor scored for police.

At the Bath Estate playing field Wacky Rollers and RC Doctors played to a 1-1 draw in the first match of a double header. In the second match All Saints won by default over Mahaut Soca Strikers.

In the DOMLEC Women League on Saturday, New Generation SC defeated Bombers Starlights 2-0 at the Bath Estate playing field in the first match of a double header. Britney Stoute and Tanya Burnett scored for New Generation.

In the other match, West Coast Jaguars failed to show up for their match against dive Dominica Harlem Untd. On Sunday South East Stars also failed to show up for their match against Woodcity Strikers.
