A guilty verdict has been reached in the murder trial of Rodman Moses Lewis.
The jury reached its decision after just about 1 hour and 15 mins of deliberations.
The trial was set before a five-man, four-woman jury. Lewis is accused of the 3rd November, 2015, murder of his ex-girlfriend and child’s mother, Tricia Riviere.
The prosecution’s case was led by state attorney, Sharma Dalrymple and assisted by the Director of Prosecution Evelina Baptiste.
Lewis was represented by Anthony Commodore.
Sentencing is set to take place on February 1st, 2021 with the state seeking the death penalty.
