This panel will comprise of the Managers and representatives of major financial institutions in Dominica to speak to the financial solutions, initiatives and services which will boost our Private Sector, the actions taken to facilitate continual improvement of access to finance for our businesses, and the outlook for financial institutions as Dominica’s Private Sector recovers from these challenging times.
Executive Director of DAIC, Lizra Fabien shared, “The financial institutions in Dominica have made considerable efforts to reduce the burden of consumers and small businesses since the initial impact of COVID-19. Though each financial institution has responded differently, we believe that they are all committed to boosting the recovery of our country and private sector. As we continue to recover as a country, there continues to be a great role for our financial intuitions. As such, we have found it necessary to provide a platform for our members, private sector and key stakeholders to discuss with our financial institutions to ensure this swift and sustained recovery.”
