First Entrepreneurs Forum deemed successful

Royal Globe Inc hosted the first of a bi-monthly entrepreneurship program called “The Entrepreneur Forum” on February 19th.

Royal Globe Inc aims to elevate entrepreneurs and encourage global thinking among entrepreneurs hence the establishment of this initiative.

The forum proceeded under the theme “Going Global with my Business, A Changed Mindset” at the Prevost Cinemall Conference room.

At this forum an avenue to educate and support entrepreneurs and people aspiring to become entrepreneurs was created. The continuation of this initiative will help entrepreneurs build their companies and to create a platform where entrepreneurs can share information among themselves.

Featured speakers at this forum included Attorney at Law Senator Ronald Charles, who spoke on the legalities of a business, Naomi Romain from the National Development Foundation of Dominica (NDFD) who presented on the topic evaluating and developing a business idea and the Registrar of companies Athleen Nesty, who spoke to the participants about the registration of a business and business name registrations.

The aim of the forum is to improve the awareness of opportunities locally, regionally and internationally. In addition the forum will be a link to connect local and international companies.

The event was deemed successful by the participants and the host of the forum and owner of Royal Globe Inc, Avenna Prince.

The Entrepreneurs Forum is scheduled to take place every second Tuesday bimonthly.
