The Palisades Restaurant, Fort Young Hotel & Dive Resort’s signature restaurant sited on the shores of Dominica’s capital city of Roseau and overlooking the Caribbean sea, is now offering “Friday Specials” — a flavorful menu including Happy Hour specials, pastas, burgers, pizzas, and more, for takeaway, curbside pickup and food delivery to the local community.
Created by Grant Lynott, executive chef at the acclaimed Zing Zing Restaurant at Fort Young Hotel’s sister resort, Secret Bay, the menu includes items such as Oxtail Bolognese, Puttanesca, Local Spinach & Goat Cheese Pizza and Jerk Pork, to name a few.
