Wednesday, March 26, 2020 – Roseau, Dominica: Digicel would like to advise the public that its office and retail stores will remain open as per normal operating hours this week, with reduced staffing. As a provider of essential services to the public, we have a duty of care to keep our business running no matter what.

Effective immediately, we will accommodate no more than six (6) customers at a time in our retail space, and we are also exploring the best way to facilitate transactions through the door, in order to be able to serve more customers safely. In store, customers in queue are encouraged to maintain a distance of six (6) feet between themselves and to utilise the sanitising liquid provided in our stores. Additionally, we have also limited access to our head office at 20 Bath Road.

During this time, customers are urged to purchase top-up online, using a debit or credit card, via the MyDigicel app or our website: For customers who top-up online, we’re giving away bonus credit for Digicel to Digicel calls when they use the code FREE100.

Bill payments for Postpaid and TV & Internet can be made online via National Bank of Dominica, CIBC First Caribbean and Republic Bank.

Customer Care support for mobile customers is available when they dial 100, and for Home and Entertainment customers, they can dial 616-1700 for assistance. We have also expanded our digital channels to enable more of our agents to be online and provide support via the Live Chat feature on the MyDigicel app or our website and we can also be reached on our social media platforms.

We take our responsibility to our customers very seriously and are doing everything we can to keep our services available, our teams safe, and our customers informed. Indeed, at a time like this, we understand that the services that we offer to customers could not be more vital or more needed.

Our LTE and Fibre networks are built to keep you connected to the things that matter most, and we have made the necessary checks to ensure our services remain steady during this time.

Please continue to follow all government issued public safety precautions and updates and we commit to keeping you updated on what we are doing as this situation continues to evolve. These are challenging times but we are confident that Dominica is a resilient Country and People and we will get through this together. Stay safe.
